FUGITIVE CAPTURED August 2, 2015 —
Seattle police arrested Rickelle Boyd on Sunday.

She had three outstanding warrants for Theft and Assault.

She was identified by Washington’s Most Wanted viewer tips to Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound and is WMW Capture #653.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SEATTLE January 30, 2015 —
Seattle police need your help identifying a woman – and possible mom – accused of using a crew of kids to boost booze from the Rite Aid on Rainier Ave. — and nearly getting them killed doing it.

Ret. Det. Myrle Carner explains what was caught on camera. “She goes into the store with three small young female kids. They walk around and go around different aisles and then go back into the liquor area where this possible mother, and we’re not sure if it’s the mom of the kids, but this lady starts loading liquor bottles into the backpacks of these kids. After she’s done, the woman goes and grabs a gallon of milk. She takes is up to the front register and sets it down, looks at the clerk, then she turns around and starts helping the kids, making sure that the backpacks are all zipped up and so forth. She then turned around, grabbed a kid and they leave the store. Now the pathetic thing about it is not only is she training them to steal, but they ran right out into Rainier Avenue and according to the witness, they almost got killed crossing the street. We need to know who this individual is so we can stop her before she ruins the lives of these kids.”

Recent booking photo of missing Thurston County sex offender, Jason Beeching

FUGITIVE CAPTURED August 1, 2015 —
Thurston County sex offender, Jason Beeching, who has been on the run since 2007 is in custody in Mexico thanks to the dedicated work of the U.S. Marshals Sex Offender Investigations Branch in Seattle.

Chief Inspector Tom Lanier says due to the persistent efforts of Senior Inspector Lisa Stephenson who acted on tips from Washington’s Most Wanted viewers to Crime Stoppers, Beeching was arrested in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

“The Yucatan Times” reports he had lived and worked there for five years. Beeching will now be extradited back to the U.S. to face charges.

Beeching has been a fugitive since he was  featured on Washington’s Most Wanted in 2009.

“The Yucatan Times” says Beeching, 35, has five previous arrests in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo and this time he was detained for disorderly conduct.

He was taken to the local Office of Public Security and Traffic and since he had five previous arrests for administrative offenses the authorities consulted his record on “Plataforma Mexico” (Mexico’s Law Enforcement Authorities Criminal Records Data Base) and found a search warrant issued by the Justice Department ascribed to the U.S. Embassy in Mexico.

Press reports indicate Beeching worked in Playa del Carmen as a tattoo artist and tours salesman using false names and even a false “IFE” ID, to ensure that was Mexican. He was also related to a local criminal group of drug dealers in Playa del Carmen’s Quinta Avenida.

Fircrest assault suspect sketchFUGITIVE CAPTURED August 8, 2015 —
Fircrest Police say a 13 year old male was arrested on Saturday for the assault on an exchange student.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN FIRCREST August 5, 2015 —
Fircrest Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a teenage boy who attacked a 22 year old woman while she was walking the family dog last Sunday.

The victim is a host student who is staying with a Fircrest family.

Police say she was grabbed from behind, forced to the ground in the 1500 block of Cottonwood Rd. When she asked what the suspect wanted he grabbed his crotch and groped himself.

“Someone’s gotta keep an eye out for a 13 to 14 year old boy who walks around alone, snoops in people’s gardens and attacks girls he doesn’t know,” said the victim’s host mother who talked about the attack as long as she stayed anonymous for their safety. She says the teen has knocked on the door to their home before claiming he had the wrong house. “This is the infancy. Is he gonna get more brazen as he goes and next time what’s he gonna do?” she asked.

Chief John Cheesman fears that while the suspect may be young, his actions could escalate. “So brazen, it’s still daylight out and he feels confident that he can get away with this and that’s what bothers me. What’s next? I don’t want there to be a next.”

A police sketch artist worked with the victim on a composite drawing. Detectives are hoping someone in the area knows his name.

Crime Stoppers of Tacoma-Pierce County is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to his arrest.

If you recognize the teen in the sketch or have any information on who the suspect might be, call the hotline anonymously at 1-800-222-(TIPS) 8477.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SEATTLE January 16, 2015 —

Seattle police say he stole seven Surface tablets from the Microsoft store in University Village.

With that bag he’s got, it looks like he’d already been at the Gap store too — so maybe someone remembers seeing him there as well.

Detectives say he’s bold with how he takes the tablets. “Somebody will approach him and says, ‘Can I help you?’ He just basically ignores them,” says Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “He walks and grabs four or five tablets at a time, stacks them up and just leaves the store. He’s done this in four different incidents and we have thousands upon thousands of dollars here of missing equipment.”

FUGITIVE CAPTURED August 11, 2015 —
Mill Creek detectives say Jesse Finney was arrested and booked into the Nisqually Corrections jail on Tuesday.

FUGITIVE UPDATE June 26, 2015 —
Since we featured the case a few weeks ago, Mill Creek detectives have identified the suspect as Jesse Finney — and say he just hit again last weekend.

This time it was the Lowe’s in Lynnwood. The surveillance photos from that heist show him wearing the same shirt he wore during the Mill Creek theft, so he must think it’s his lucky shirt.

Detectives say Finney is linked to cases in Snohomish, King, and Pierce County and say has pawned over 20 power tools in just the past couple months.

You see in his Facebook photo below that he’s got a ton of tattoos on his chest and arms and plays guitar.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN MILL CREEK June 5, 2015 —
It’s time to help Mill Creek police crackdown on our state’s growing retail theft plague by telling them the name of a bold power tool-stealing suspect who was blatantly caught on camera.

In the surveillance video you see him stroll into the Lowe’s home improvement store in Mill Creek with an empty shopping cart. He heads to the tool department where a camera is perfectly positioned to see him mill around for a while before putting about $600 worth of power tools into his cart.

But it’s what he does right before he strolls away that shows how bold he is. “The thing that’s odd to us is the cameras are at head height and the guy’s face is turned towards the cameras and he’s looking almost dead into the cameras, so it’s almost like he realizes he was on tape, but didn’t care,” says Mill Creek Ofc. Ian Durkee. “It looks like he just believes that there’s going to be no accountability for what he’s doing, it’s ‘So what your camera’s there. You don’t know who I am, I’m going to walk right out of there without any concerns.’ Unfortunately it’s all too common that these types of tool thefts happen, they may seem like a small dollar amount but it was a brazen kind of a theft and we want to send a message that those little things aren’t going to go unnoticed and we’re going to do everything we can to find him and arrest him.”

Police aren’t linking him to any other similar crimes in Mill Creek, but think it’s very possible this isn’t his first time and say he’s just one face behind a rampant crime on the rise. “Organized retail theft is a growing problem where multiple groups of people get together and commit similar types of crimes and so it’s not just the one $600 theft, when you aggregate all the thefts that they’re committing it’s a significant amount of money and they’re selling those tools to unsuspecting buyers, so unfortunately people are buying stolen tools probably unbeknownst to them sometimes, so we don’t want that to occur and we want to shut that type of behavior down.”

Yourhighness Jeremiah-Bolar was booked into the King County Jail on Thursday.

FUGITIVES UPDATE October 10, 2014 —
With help from WMW viewers, Newcastle police say two of the four suspects have been identified.

Detectives say one is the accused lookout man, Yourhighness Jeremiah-Bolar.

The other suspect is a juvenile, so he is not being named.

Yourhighness is facing charges of burglary, theft, trafficking stolen property and malicious mischief.

Police want your help finding him as well as knowing the identity of final two suspects.

FUGITIVES WANTED IN NEWCASTLE August 27, 2014 —
Four thieves who used rocks, a crowbar and violent kicks to smash through a glass door of Newcastle Jewelry destroyed the most valuable items during the burglary.

Joan and Wayne Underwood have been making and selling custom jewelry for 20 years.

“It’s just kind of a family shop,” said Joan, who is frustrated that the thieves kicked over a glass cabinet during the break-in that held thousands of dollars in crystal collectibles.

“They were signed and numbered pieces that they no longer make, the guy just pushed the cabinet over, broke all but six crystals that were in that cabinet,” she lamented.

Newcastle police are hoping someone recognizes the four suspects. They stole about 50 watches, some gold money clips and tie bars but nothing really expensive.

“You know, you work hard all day long, you’re trying to make an honest living, and they come in and steal things,” said Joan.

The couple is known for supporting numerous charities. Their store is the kind of place people come to have tea and visit, not just to shop.

The crooks left behind broken hearts and sense of violation.

“It’s sad that there’s so much of this going on,” said Joan.

She is facing charges in Skagit County and in Arizona for allegedly breaking into cars to steal purses and laptop computers.

Raymur is believed to be in a rental car.

FUGITIVE UPDATE April 3, 2015 —
Skagit County has joined the hunt for Shauntel Raymur and detectives say surveillance video from a school south of Sedro-Wooley shows her using something to break through the window of an employee’s vehicle.

Deputies say she stole a purse and a laptop.

She was driving a blue SUV and the whole theft only took about 30 seconds before she was back in her truck and driving off. “She’s had three cases here in our county,” says Skagit County Chief Chad Clark. “One from the Sheriff’s Office, one from Burlington and I believe one from Anacortes. This is a prolific person that we need to get off the streets because once they do it they’re not going to stop until they get caught. She’s not going to take a break now because she’s been lucky this many times.”

Raymur was dubbed the ‘Birthday Cake Bandit’ by Snohomish County detectives for breaking into vehicles and using stolen credit card to buy fast food and cake.

FUGITIVE UPDATE March 27, 2015 —
Snohomish County detectives say Shauntel Raymur was recently spotted driving the white Nissan Murano you see below to the left. A photo of a similar Murano is next to it for reference.

Also, Skagit County detectives who saw the ‘Birthday Cake Bandit’ featured on the WMW last week believe she is the suspect in several cases they’re investigating.

raymur new carWANTED IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY March 20, 2015 —
The search is on in Snohomish County for an accused car prowler detectives say is looking for moms distracted by their kids.

But, it’s what she’s doing with the stolen credit cards that makes this cases unusual and tonight detectives need your help finding the ‘Birthday Cake Bandit.’

You wouldn’t know it from looking at the video of her shopping for groceries, but detectives say she’s a convicted burglar and the credit card she’s using was stolen in a car prowl. “What she does is she will pull up directly next to the targeted victim’s vehicle and either quickly break the window or reach in if it’s unlocked and take the purse and then she’s off,” says Snohomish County Det. Margaret Ludwig.

Det. Ludwig in the new North Snohomish County Property Crimes Unit recognized Shauntel Raymur right away. She says Raymur is targeting women with kids at places like schools and parks.

Victims like one mom who we’ll call ‘Karen’ for her safety says the crime Raymur pulled left her in shock. “I was parked at my son’s elementary school for morning kindergarten pickup and I got out of my car, walked over to the sidewalk, said hello to my teacher and walked back to my car and my purse was gone from my passenger seat.”

Within 15 minutes detectives say Raymur was caught on camera was using ‘Karen’s’ card to buy gas and food. “I would have rather given her $100 than have her take all my stuff, honestly.”

“She likes cake, we found that out,” Det. Ludwig says because Raymur has tried to use stolen cards to buy cake mix and frosting at one store and a whole cake at another. This ‘Birthday Cake Bandit’ is now wanted in five separate felony identify theft cases in Snohomish and Skagit counties. “I’ve convicted her before in 2013 of burglary and here she is again,” says Det. Ludwig. “She’s out. She’s doing the same things again and it’s not a burglary but it’s still victimizing people and she needs to be held accountable for that.”

Detectives say Raymur is known to drive a dark blue GMC Yukon with license plate AGG9261.

She’s 5’4” and weighs 200 pounds.

The suspect in the home invasion in the Central District last week that terrified a woman is in the King County jail. This is a great example of us all working together to get a dangerous man off the streets.

Ernest Greenwood was identified by numerous tips to Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound after I posted surveillance pics and the 911 tapes of the victim calling Seattle Police for help. She had been tied up with electrical cord and computer cable and robbed after the suspect smashed down her front door.

Friday night, Greenwood called Seattle police from a gas station at Martin Luther King Jr. Way S and Renton Ave S and told them he wanted to surrender. He admitted to detectives that it was him in the video but asked for an attorney and refused to discuss the case.

Greenwood has an extensive conviction record for burglaries including incidents in which the front door was smashed in. He is on Dept. of Corrections supervision and had a warrant for his arrest for escape from community custody at the time of the arrest.

His bail is set at $500,000 and he is scheduled to be in court on Wednesday.

HILL 2HILL 3

FUGITIVE CAPTURED August 18, 2015 —
U.S. Marshals arrested Kevin Hill in Portland, Oregon on Tuesday.

He was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on his fugitive warrant.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SEATTLE August 7, 2015 —
Talk about getting caught red handed! Take a look at the video below of Kevin Hill or ‘Hank’ as he’s known on the street. It was taken inside one of the numerous businesses or apartment buildings police say he’s broken into recently in the lower Queen Anne area of Seattle.

In another case, he tried to remove the camera. You can see him reaching up and fiddling with it, but usually he just doesn’t care if he’s seen.

Hill is easily one of the cockiest thieves we’ve ever featured. More surveillance video shows him walking through the garage of an apartment building. You can see he’s pigeon-toed. When he gets into the lobby he takes a crowbar and goes to work on the firebox that holds a master key to the building, eventually able to pop it right off.

Seattle Police took one look at all the video images and immediately recognized him because they’ve sent the 27 year old to prison before.

Detectives say he has 15 burglary convictions and has hit at least six businesses so far.

In one case, he used some kind of code to access the keypad to get inside the building. “He dinks around in there with some of the electrical and actually shuts down the elevator process so that nobody can come up and down,” says Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “From there he just takes his merry old time, spends 10 to 12 minutes that we can figure in the room stealing various electronic items, puts them in a white garbage sack, including a 32” TV and leaves the building. Somebody knows where he’s at and we need to get this guy off the street.”

Hill is a self-admitted member of the Aryan Nation.
