Larry Aycock smiles as crews replace his driveway.

SENTENCING UPDATE October 2, 2015 —
Convicted scammer,  Steve Ephram, was sentenced to 8 months in jail in King County on Friday after pleading guilty to theft in the 2nd degree.

FUGITIVES WANTED IN SEATAC —
Retired SeaTac Navy Veteran Larry Aycock who was scammed by thieves out of thousands of dollars has a new driveway thanks to Integrity Construction’s Josh Harris and Cascade Mobile Mix in Graham.

Volunteer crews poured the concrete Monday morning.

“That driveway is looking finer than frog’s hair isn’t it?” asked Aycock.

Josh Harris saw our story about Aycock getting ripped off by bogus landscapers who took his $3700 and then never showed up to repair the roots pushing up the concrete and offered to do the $9,000 job for free.

"It's not about the money. It's about taking care of one another,” said Harris.  Aycock is thrilled. "I see this driveway and I'm grinning like a possum eating a persimmon,” he laughingly said.

He has good reason to be happy. SeaTac Det. Robin Fry has arrested one suspect and is hot on the trail of the other, Tina George.

GEORGE

WANTED: Tina George

From the start, she envisioned arresting both of the crooks but “envisioning the good heart that gets Larry a new driveway...that's bonus,” she said.

She’s hoping someone spots George and calls in a tip to find her but thinks the community reaction has already been wonderful.

"He was taken advantage of but the brighter side of this is the kindness that came out of this and the good people that stepped up,” said Det. Fry calling Harris a superhero.

Harris just wants others to see there are opportunities everywhere to do something good.

"You know anybody can do it. You don't have to have a construction company. You don't have to have a lot of money. Sometimes it's as simple as mowing your neighbor’s lawn or trimming his hedges or giving him a ride somewhere. Something simple like that goes along way,” said Harris.

Aycock showed his appreciation for everything by drawing a heart in the wet cement with Harris’ initials in it.

“The Lord is good and I got a beautiful driveway,” he said.

Aycock still needs some new carpet and other work around his house. There’s a fundraising page for those who would like to help.

If you know where Tina George is hiding, call an anonymous tip into:

WALMART finale

CAPTURE UPDATE October 2, 2015 —
Pierce county prosecutors have charged Joseph Leonard with Retail Theft with Special Circumstance in the Third Degree.  It is a Class C Felony.

The 18 year old is accused of stealing electronics from the Walmart on 31st Ave SE in Puyallup earlier this year.

He is already in jail on a vehicle theft charge.

Leonard was identified by Q13 FOX\WMW viewer tips to Crime Stoppers of Tacoma\Pierce County.  “We appreciate Washington’s Most Wanted’s viewers, who are helping us make the community safer,” said Prosecutor Mark Lindquist.

Leonard is WMW Capture #677.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN PUYALLUP August 14, 2015 —
Puyallup police need your help identifying an armed thief who pulled out his piece during a wild getaway at a Walmart.

“Loss prevention were watching a shoplifter, watched him take quite a bit of large electronic devices, had loaded them up into a cart,” says Puyallup Police Sgt. Dan Pashon. “He ended up then taking those items, putting them into backpacks, while loss prevention were getting into position to try and make an apprehension, the suspect fled out of one of the emergency exit doors with the merchandise. What they weren’t aware of until they later reviewed the video was that the subject had displayed a firearm, held it up over his head and appeared to be trying to deter anybody from trying to stop him or make the arrest. They attempted to make contact with the subject out in the parking lot, in a vehicle, but the suspect fled. We are concerned about the fact that he was armed and was willing to display that and possibly use that weapon.”

Detectives say he had a chin beard and a large tattoo down the inside of his left forearm. He was wearing a New York Jets hat and a black Chicago Bulls shirt.

The car he took off in is described as a dark-colored four-door with rims and a spoiler.

If you can tell Puyallup Police this armed thief's name, call an anonymous tip into:

CARDINALE 3FUGITIVES WANTED IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY September 25, 2015 —
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding two men suspected of shooting and beating a 38-year-old Monroe man last week during a home-invasion style burglary and assault on Florence Acres Rd.

53-year-old Christopher Cardinale is 6’3” with brown hair and brown eyes.

31-year-old Jordan Jensen-Green is 5’9” with brown hair and hazel eyes. He’s believed to be driving or riding in a maroon 1999 Ford F-150 4×4 Short Box extended cab truck. His last known addresses are in Index and Kirkland.

Both men are believed to be armed.

Two Mountlake Terrace men, 33-year-old Troy Russ and 49-year-old Michael Bruce were arrested earlier this week on charges also related to last week’s assault in Monroe.

The picture above shows Cardinale making an obscene gesture to everyone on his Facebook cover photo.

His disrespect for the law climbs to dangerous extreme — dragging two Lynnwood officers with his car in 2011 after he was featured on Washington’s Most Wanted for being wanted for accusations of beating and burning his girlfriend. Then — he did the same thing last weekend — after a Pierce County deputy almost had him caught. “As a deputy was attempting to take him into custody, he drove off in his car and he dragged that deputy about 20 feet while the deputy was still partly hanging outside of the car,” says Shari Ireton with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. “They’re bad. Both of them have a long, extensive criminal history. We believe both are armed. They clearly will stop at nothing. The victim that we believe that they shot and beat is still in the hospital in critical condition, so this is a serious crime.”

cardinaleCardinale seems to be proud of being featured on WMW — posting the caught photo of him from the show on his Facebook page.

I highly doubt he’s not turning himself in, but I’m really hoping Jordan Jensen-Green will do the right thing and surrender — especially since detectives say his girlfriend just had his baby boy last week.

Authorities think Jensen-Green could be hiding in either Index or Kirkland.

FUGITIVE CAPTURED October 10, 2015 —
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department says Bryan Macker was arrested and booked into the Pierce County Jail on Saturday.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN PIERCE COUNTY October 9, 2015 —
Pierce County detectives need your help getting missing child predator, Bryan Macker, back on the map.

Detectives say Macker preys on young girls so he can hurt them in multiple ways. “He’s a predator because he goes after young women. He makes them watch pornography. He has sexually assaulted them and he’s assaulted them with a belt,” says Pierce County Det. Ed Troyer. “We take sex offenders when they go off the grid seriously, because they know we’re looking for them, they know they’re supposed to register and when they go off the grid it’s usually because they want to go somewhere and not be found or discovered and when that happens the high likelihood of them offending again is there.”

Macker has failed to register as a sex offender several times.

schenck

FUGITIVE CAPTURED October 13, 2015 —
Bail enforcement agent, Mike Rocha, and his team in Snohomish County arrested Jeremy Schenck on Tuesday and booked him into jail on $400,000 in warrants for Possession of Controlled Substance in Snohomish County, Marysville and Lynnwood as well as Trafficking in Stolen Property in Everett.

He was also booked on his charge of Possession of Stolen Property in the Second Degree for allegedly stealing a box of Lego’s out of an Issaquah teacher’s car.

He told agents he knew he was on Washington’s Most Wanted and seemed quite proud of it.

FUGITIVE UPDATE September 25, 2015 —
Washington’s Most Wanted viewer tips to Crime Stoppers helped Issaquah Police identify a car prowler as Jeremy Schenck. He has a warrant for his arrest after he didn’t show up in court.

Schenck’s identification is the latest success from our partnership with CanYouID.me, a crime-fighting website created five years ago by Lake Forest Park Det. Tony Matthews.

“We have 79 departments that participate, 263 detectives and to date we’ve identified 233 people that might not have been identified if we were using the regular means to do that,” said Det. Matthews.

CanYouID.me is free and open to the public. The cases range from armed robbers to identity thieves. Det. Matthews hopes the idea catches on in other states.

“I would say to the public, go on and check out the website. You’d be surprised how small a world it is. Many people go on there for the first time and they recognize maybe their neighbor or a friend of a friend or somebody that they’ve met a couple of years ago and they still know where they live,” said Det. Matthews.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN ISSAQUAH July 24, 2015 --
Detectives are hoping you can help identify this car prowler wearing a ‘Just Do It’ t-shirt, camouflage shorts and smoking a cigarette.

He was caught on video sneaking into a parking garage on SE Newport Way.

He broke into a car and stole a box of Legos worth $30, but that's just the start of the story -- it's who he stole them from and how they were going to be used that makes this theft so infuriating.

"I was planning to use the components to teach kids. I'm a guitar teacher and I teach distortion box building for kids,” says Greg Wright. He was thrilled when he finally found the right box of Lego Mindstorms kit with electronics in it that he could buy second hand. "It lets you think inside the box so to speak.” This one is pricey brand new, so he was happy he found one for $30. “The Legos are great because you can actually build a little case for the kid as well as use the components itself to wire it up so it's kind of thinking outside the box and applying things toward a different end musically.”

Sadly, he had the set for less than a day. Surveillance video inside the parking garage shows the man who stole it. "The windows were all intact and at first I was a little puzzled how he got in, but this is an older Honda and doing a Slim Jim is pretty straight forward."

Wright says the thief even pulled out bigger music equipment from his car to get to the Lego set. Now, his search for another one that he can afford begins again. "It's not the hardest thing to find in the world but at a good price, it's a little bit of a trick."

Greg's not focused on payback, but still worries this guy is out there. "I just hope that because this isn't the first time that this type of incident has happened here that it's not a pattern.”

FUGITIVE CAPTURED October 15, 2015 —
Lynnwood Police Special Operations Section and K-9 teams arrested Kevin Vaughn in Everett on Thursday.

Vaughn is charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Theft of Motor Vehicle and Taking Motor Vehicle Without Permission in the Second Degree.

FUGITIVE UPDATE September 3, 2015 —
Kevin Vaughn has been charged in King County with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Theft of Motor Vehicle and Taking Motor Vehicle Without Permission in the Second Degree.

Seattle Police say he and Joseph Campbell stole a Honda motorcycle from an apartment building on NE Northgate Way on July 29th. That was 2 days after he appeared in court for a pending charge of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. Detectives say they also stole a Honda Accord the same day. Renton Police found the stolen motorcycle stripped on Monday, September 3rd.

Vaughn has had 19 warrants since 2007, including a current DOC felony warrant.

His criminal history includes Eluding in 2010, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle in 2010, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Burglary 2 and Possession of Stolen Property in 2007, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in 2006, Assault 4 in 2005 and Dangerous Weapon on School Premises in 2003.

thief1FUGITIVE WANTED IN TUKWILA August 27, 2015 --
While serving a search warrant at a home in Tukwila, police say two men on motorcycles fired at least seven shots at officers and took off.

Officers were searching for stolen vehicles at a home that they say is frequented by members of the Resurrection motorcycle "gang".

An attorney for Resurrection disputes the police description, saying Resurrection is a ‘club’ and not a ‘gang’.

Police Cmdr. Eric Drever said, "There is probably nothing that you can do to prevent an ambush similar to what this was. I would consider this an ambush."

Police say no one was hurt during the shooting.

Officers say the bikers sped away southbound on I-5. One motorcycle was green and the other was gray.

Officers believe Kevin Vaughn may have been involved. Vaughn is a 12-time felon with the word 'hatred' tattooed on his forehead.

The attorney for Resurrection also disputes that Kevin Vaughn is a member of Resurrection Motorcycle Club.

The shots woke Amanda Huber and her two children Thursday morning.

"This is new to me and my kids are freaking out. It’s not OK," she said.

Huber won't let her children play in front of the home because of the biker gang.

"I don’t know what to say. They’re just scared. Obviously, they know what gunfire sounds like but to actually hear it in real life, they’re freaked out," Huber said.

Police say Vaughn should be considered armed and dangerous.

CAPTURE UPDATE October 16, 2015 —
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office says John Summer was arrested again and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on October 9, 2015.

Detectives say he was trying to sell a stolen boat motor on Craigslist when they caught up to him in an RV. He led deputies on a pursuit in it, but soon gave up.

He was booked into jail for Attempt To Elude and Trafficking Stolen Property 1st Degree.

FUGITIVE CAPTURED August 6, 2015 —

After this story aired on the hunt for Snohomish County property thief John Summers, a Q13 FOX viewer called Crime Stoppers with a tip placing him at an apartment in Marysville.

The Snohomish County Drug and Gang Task Force found him hiding in a bathroom.

Det. Glenn DeWitt says when Summers heard the K-9 outside his door, he quickly came crawling out and surrendered because he didn’t want to get bitten.

WANTED August 5, 2015 --

Police are warning people in Snohomish County about a prolific property thief.

Officers are searching for Jon 'Austin' Summers, a career criminal who police say seems to be back to his old ways.

Police say Summers is dangerous, even threatening suicide by cop. His case filed is growing by the day and investigators want him off the street as soon as possible.

Detectives believe Summers stole Tonya Ota's top of the line bike as she shopped at the outlets last month in Marysville.

"We were just vacationing you know it was a vacation that cost me over 5 grand just for my bike, so yea it is very frustrating," said Ota.

Summers has six felony convictions including burglary and trafficking stolen property.

"Chainsaws, generators, weed eaters, any kind of power equipment that he can easily take off the back of the truck or an RV," said Det. Glenn Dewitt with the North Snohomish County Property Crimes Unit. "The amount of crimes he is committing the ones that we know of is getting out of control."

In the last few months, Det. Dewitt has linked Summers to six different thefts, and at least a dozen more fit his "MO."

Just last week, Arlington police closed in on Summers at a gas station, but he took off speeding north on I-5 in his 1989 Ford F-150.

Summers is wanted by the Department of Corrections after violating probation. Investigators say he has ties to Marysville and uses his relatives to sell stolen goods.

Jon Summers is white, with short red hair and a beard. He is about 6' tall, 280 pounds with tattoos on both arms.

If you have any information, you are asked to call 9-1-1.

CAPTURE UPDATE October 19, 2015 —
Byron White pleaded guilty on Monday to Murder in the First Degree with a deadly enhancement for the deadly shooting of David Peterson in early 2014.

King County prosecutors say they have an agreed sentence recommendation of the highest possible range of 28 ½ years in prison.

The lowest range is 22 years.

White’s sentencing is set for November 9, 2015.

FUGITIVE CAPTURED March 1, 2014 —
Seattle police say they have arrested Byron White, the 17-year old accused in the Greenwood area murder of David Peterson.

Detectives say they received information Saturday morning that White was going to be boarding a plane at Sea-Tac International Airport. At SPD’s request, Port of Seattle police took White into custody at the airport.

Seattle police say there are no suspects still wanted in the case.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SEATTLE Feb. 28, 2014 —
Seattle police on Friday named Byron White, 17, as the main suspect in the robbery and shooting death of David Peterson, who was killed while in his Greenwood neighborhood on Feb. 23.

Seattle Police say, when caught, White will be charged as an adult in Peterson’s killing.

The news came just hours after Seattle detectives in the case executed a search warrant at a home in the 9000 block of 4th Avenue NW.

White is suspected of being the gunman in the murder, sources said. But there were believed to have been two others there that night of the slaying.

Just before Peterson’s murder and robbery of his cellphone, the three suspects stole money from the Baranof restaurant nearby, at 8549 Greenwood Ave. N., and tried to rob another guy on Greenwood, police said.

Dispatchers got a 911 call just before 9 p.m. Sunday from Peterson as he was being robbed at North 85th Street and First Avenue Northwest.

The other two suspects are described as a black man, about 5-foot-5, and a white woman with straight, “mousey” hair — drab, pale brown coloring.

White is considered ‘armed and dangerous’. If you can tell Seattle police where he is, or have information on any of the three suspects, call an anonymous tip into:

WMW viewer tips, suspects father help identify accused ‘Fob Job’ burglar who used master key to get into apartment building

key fob burglar

FUGITIVE CAPTURED July 24, 2015 –
Seattle Police say Washington’s Most Wanted viewer tips helped identify the suspect as Anthony Colbert.

Detectives say one of the tipsters, who did not want to remain anonymous, was Colbert’s father who says his son has drug and gambling problems and supports himself by committing burglaries.

Colbert is charged with 2nd Degree Burglary.

He’s been busted for multiple domestic violence crimes and has felony convictions for drugs and stealing a vehicle.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SEATTLE March 19, 2015 —
Police are trying to figure out how a thief was able to get into an apartment building on Capitol Hill. It appears he had a master key that let him into the lobby. He then broke into an emergency lock box, and stole more keys.

Residents of the Gatsby Apartments in Capitol Hill say building managers told them about the break-in.

“They sent an email and informed us,” says Miriam Berger. “I wasn’t really worried, it didn’t really bother me.”

“I’m not overly concerned,” Michael Ong adds. “Obviously you don’t want people breaking into the place where you live, but I don’t think there’s anything you can do about it, given that we live in the city.”

But when you look at the surveillance video, you can see this is no ordinary break-in. When the suspect first approaches the building, he takes out a key and uses it to open the callbox by the front door.

Investigators say keys like that are usually used by postal workers, so they can activate a switch and get access to the building. They don’t know how this suspect got that key, but seconds later he is able to walk in the front door. What he did inside is even more alarming.

“One of the things that he did get access to is what we refer to as a fire box,” says retired Seattle police detective Myrle Carner of Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “He was able to pry that open and take a set of master keys.”

Twenty minutes later, the suspect walks up to the building again. This time he uses an electronic fob to let himself in. He doesn’t get into any apartments, but he does go through several storage lockers and steals tools and some other items from the building maintenance shop.

“What is he going to do if he gets entrance again, we don’t know,” says Carner. “But the fact is this guy is loose and the chance of him coming back are pretty good.”

Q13 Fox News was not able to get in touch with building managers Thursday night. But some residents say they have increased security measures since the break-in.

“It seems like they’ve taken all the necessary precautions, they’ve changed all the master key codes,” says Ong. “They’ve somehow shut down that key fob. So it seems like they’re doing all they can do.”

But the only way to make everyone feel completely safe is to catch this suspect, so he can’t return again.

GYM CAR PROWLER

FUGITIVE CAPTURED October 12, 2015 —
Snohomish County detectives say WMW viewer tips identified the suspect as Tyler Johnson.

He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail on a separate case on October 12th, after trespassing at a Walmart in Everett that he’d been banned from. Johnson was on home monitoring and wearing a GPS ankle bracelet for a prior offense at the time of his arrest. Deputies also found heroin on him.

Johnson has several arrests for similar theft and identity theft crimes. He’d been banned from the Walmart early last month after being arrested and booked for using a stolen credit card there.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY October 2, 2015–
Snohomish County detectives are trying to identify the man seen on surveillance video wearing an Atlanta Falcon’s cap, plaid shirt and sunglasses. He was caught using a woman’s stolen credit card — a crime detectives say is on the rise.

It’s not something she normally does but when car prowl victim, Diane, went to work out at the Gold’s Gym in Bothell she hid her purse under her front seat. “When I had gotten back into the vehicle, I realized my purse was missing.”

She didn’t just lose her ID and credit cards, but sentimental things as well. “Just someone having your belongings was unnerving.”

Detectives say it didn't take long for the man to start using her cards at a restaurant near the gym, the QFC on Broadway in Everett, a gas station and the Walmart at Everett Mall Way. “He walks in and appears to come from a 4-door passenger car, possibly a dark-colored car,” says Snohomish County Det. Dennis Montgomery. He says he’s seeing more cases of stolen credit cards and car prowls and gyms make perfect hunting grounds. "These guys are watching and when they see someone that walks away with nothing in their hand then they have an idea that maybe they`ve left it in the vehicle.” Park and Rides, trailheads and gyms are all prime hunting grounds for thieves looking for victims like Diane who will think twice next time: “It`s just one of those things and I probably won`t do it anymore because it`s a headache.”

18-year-old Bradford Johnson who also goes by ‘Brad Winner’ and ‘New York Brad’ was arrested Tuesday afternoon by Det. David Fontenot.

The Snohomish County Violent Crimes Task Force arrested the other suspect on Oct. 2nd. The 16-year-old has been charged with Robbery 1st Degree.

Detectives say tips from viewers who saw the video on Washington’s Most Wanted helped identify both suspects.

The two are accused of stealing between $6,000 and 10,000 in cash as well as mason jars full of marijuana.  “Further concerning is the fact Johnson was armed with a firearm during the event that has not been recovered.  During the course of this robbery, Johnson made loud threats to harm while directly pointing a firearm at the victim and demanding cash and marijuana,” wrote Det. Fontenot in his court filing.

Johnson is a suspect in another Robbery 1st Degree in which a victim was shot during an illegal marijuana transaction.

Court records show he also has a protection order against him as well as a sexual assault protection order.

FUGITIVES WANTED IN KING COUNTY September 29, 2015 --
A pair of robbers terrorized a medical marijuana store employee holding him at gunpoint. The crooks made off with thousands of dollars in cash and merchandise.

It happened at the Patient Care 99 medical dispensary along Highway 99 south of Everett Tuesday evening.

Nickolaii Matveev was the only employee working at the time. The crooks struck only a few minutes before closing time.

“It’s really hard to actually be here right now,” he said.

At first the crooks were polite, waiting their turn in the lobby, but then one of them pulled a gun.

“The black guy came in with the gun told me to give me everything,” Matveev said.

In a flash, the gunman pushed Nickolaii to the floor while the other robber searched the office. Once they found a box the crooks helped themselves to high-grade, medical pot.

“He put the gun to my head and told me if I moved that I’d blow your head off,” said Matveev.

Once their boxes were full the thieves took off and Nickolaii called the cops.  Canine officers lost their tracks but cops recovered some of the stolen loot.

Employees are still shaken up.

“Sheer terror, I was scared,” said Matveev. “I didn’t know what to do or say.”

“No one should have to go through that,” said employee Christopher Vincent. “It was a really traumatic experience.”

The suspects didn’t bother hiding their faces – or their tattoos.

The store’s owner hopes someone knows who these crooks are and turns them in to police.

“It’s very upsetting. I feel very violated,” said owner Ryan Johnson.

The thieves also stole all the money out of Nickolaii’s tip jar.

Cops have a copy of the surveillance video and detectives are investigating.

Johnson is offering a $1,000 reward for information that ends in an arrest; call the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office with any leads.

QUINTERO 3

FUGITIVES CAPTURED October 23, 2015 —
Pasco Police detectives say they received leads that led them to an apartment in Walla Walla on Friday and with the assistance of Walla Walla Police and their SWAT team, arrested both Nathan and Jaden Quintero without incident.

Both were booked into the Franklin County Jail on Murder 1 charges.

FUGITIVES WANTED IN PASCO October 16, 2015 —
A pair of brothers are wanted for murder in the Tri-Cities.

Pasco Police say Nathan and Jaden Quintero gunned down a man at 9th and River St. last week.

Nathan’s the big brother and goes by the nickname “Bubba.”

Both have felony murder warrants for their arrest. “They are well known to the police department,” says Pasco Police Sgt. Scott Warren. “We’ve had dealings with them in the past, in fact Nathan “Bubba” Quintero, we’ve had run-ins with him and he’s been known to be assaultive towards police officers and considered a threat in the past and he’s usually a two to three person contact with his history. In this case they had a weapon, so with all of that they’re considered armed and dangerous and probably going do whatever they think is necessary to not be caught.”

Nathan Quintero is 23 years old.

Jaden Quintero is 17 years old.

CAPTURE UPDATE October 28, 2015 —
Lahaina Sarmiento did the right thing and surrendered to King County detectives on Wednesday.

She is accused of using the stolen credit cards belonging to an 85-year-old woman named Lila who was attacked outside the Haggen store in Shoreline for her purse.

The two other suspects in the case are still unidentified.

CASE UPDATE October 23, 2015 —
There’s been a major break in this despicable crime

King County detectives say thanks to Washington’s Most Wanted viewer tips they’ve identified the female suspect as Lahaina ‘Lana’ Sarmiento.

“People have a sense that this could be my mom, this could be my grandma and then seeing her injuries even makes it worse. We had more tips on this case than I think I’ve ever had on this case and they all named her as the suspect,” says King County Sgt. Cindi West. “We need to get her off the streets for a couple of reasons: She committed a crime by using our victim’s credit cards but secondly, she’s probably out there committing other crimes too. It appears to be how she makes her living.”

Sarmiento has four felony convictions for forgery and possession of stolen property as well as six gross misdemeanors for car prowling and theft.

She's just one piece of the puzzle: Detectives are still trying to identify an Asian man who used Lila's credit card to buy gift cards. Surveillance video shows him at the Shoreline Fred Meyer as he strolls through the aisles. He was last seen driving off in a silver PT Cruiser. Detectives are hoping he or Sarmiento can lead them to the suspect who actually stole the victim's purse. He's described as a black man in his 20's who rand to a 1992 white Chrysler New Yorker in Washington state license plates AWA-8017.

If you know where she is or can help identify the other two suspects, call an anonymous tip into:

FUGITIVES WANTED IN KING COUNTY October 14, 2015 --
King County Sheriff’s Detectives are trying to identify three suspects connected to the attack and robbery of a Shoreline grandmother last month.

The 85-year-old and her husband were loading their groceries into the van at Haggen on Aurora Avenue N. when a thief attacked.

“It was so fast, I couldn`t believe it. He got my purse and I fell flat on my face,” said Lila.

Photos of her taken at the hospital are heartbreaking. They show her face bruised and swollen.

She also suffered a fractured rib but despite injuries, her spirit is not broken.

“Horrible, horrible,” said her daughter-in-law Marcia who took the photos.

"She smiles. It's just so indicative of who she is, she smiles," said Marcia.

While Lila was being treated at the hospital, detectives say a woman and two men were using her credit cards at stores in Mill Creek, North Seattle, Ballard and Shoreline.

"These three thugs go in and they start buying gift cards, I-pads and things like that with her credit card," said Sgt. Cindi West.

Surveillance video shows the woman dressed in shorts and a distinctive Nike t-shirt.

"There's one store where the female is buying slurpees of all things," said Sgt. West.

There's also good video of the second suspect at the Fred Meyer store in Ballard.

"He appears to be just kind of nonchalantly walking through the aisles deciding what he`s gonna buy. It appears he bought a couple of gift cards," she said.

Detectives have one image of the third suspect, an Asian man who is shorter and has long hair.

"It takes the lowest of the low to make a child a victim or an elderly person a victim so we want all three of these people in custody. That's our goal," said Sgt. West.

Lila figures certain things are just meant to be.

"I really wasn't that upset about it," said Lila but she does want justice.

"I'll help put the handcuffs on," she joked.

Her family is hoping somebody recognizes the suspects.

"We're outraged that something like this could happen to an 85-year-old woman within a mile of her home," said Marcia.

If you know the names of any of the people wanted for using her stolen credit cards, call an anonymous tip into:
